I am now a Mac - love my MacBook and if given a choice, will not return to a PC. I have had no problems converting at all (the very cool trackpad took just a little getting used to). Since much of my life is on the net, I have continued exactly where I dropped off when my PC's hard drive crashed.
Except for one incomprehensible program. I have used Quickbooks Online for a little while now and am quite impressed with how well it works. I am even willing to pay more for online access since I like the idea of being virtual. However, I was flummoxed to find that Quickbooks Online works only on Internet Explorer on a PC. Does not work with Firefox or Safari or Chrome. Whats even more idiotic is that they have an iPhone interface to check on balances (as far as I can tell, no actual transactions are allowed). So wouldn't you think that they would prioritize porting the app to other browsers before mobile apps, especially when there are millions that prefer these browser to IE or are mac users?
Intuit - its 2009 in case you haven't noticed.
